• Luxury Rattan Handicrafts (LRH) ships orders via FedEx Air Services, DHL Express, etc.

SHIPPING RATES

• INTERNATIONAL: We offer FREE SHIPPING. Shipping costs are included in our prices.
• Import Duty applies in every country. It is to be paid by buyer. Please get in touch with our Concierge for details on Import Taxes.

SHIPPING TIME

• Our standard shipping time is 10 days once order is ready for shipping. The expected shipping date for each item is available under the DETAILS section on the product page. 
•  A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships. 
• Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 10 days after shipping.
• Items that are made-to-order or customized will be ready within 3 weeks and will take 10 days in delivery after shipping.
• Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International Orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis
• This means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. 
• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.
• Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our Shipping partner Fedex / DHL will contact you for payment of the import taxes once order reaches your respective country customs. ARE THERE EVER ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?

• Yes, in certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fee if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care while transportation.     

MAY I REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE ON TRANSPORTATION COSTS

• Yes ! If you require a transportation quote, you will need to provide your Address and Zip code to our team via email on sales@rattanhandicrafts.com
• We aim to get back to you with an estimate in 2-3 working days

INSURANCE

• Luxury Rattan Handicrafts insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
• In case of any damage, customer must update us within 48 hours after the goods are delivered.
• We require a signature for any good delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
• If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by The Luxury Rattan Handicrafts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation (where applicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@rattanhandicrafts.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

• A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns).
• Detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@rattanhandicrafts.com.

To help us process your claim promptly, please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange, at no additional cost to you:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must:

• Be unused and undamaged.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be shipped back within 15 days after exchange approval.

To request an exchange, please email sales@rattanhandicrafts.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Made-to-order furniture and décor.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as Final Sale.

If you are uncertain whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Each customized or made-to-order product is handcrafted specifically for your order.

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed:

• Orders may be modified or canceled within 3 days of purchase.
• After 3 days, customized or personalized orders are not eligible for a full refund.
• If production has already begun, cancellation requests may be subject to material, labor, and processing costs.
